After receiving degrees in Psychology and Nursing I worked as an R.N./counselor for six years in women's health care. I am certified as a transformational facilitator through the International Breath Institute. I was taught how to clear trauma through the breath and help relieve restrictions in breathing patterns. In 2008, I became certified as a consulting hypnotist trained by Tom Nicoli at the New England Institute of Hypnosis in Woburn, MA. I have been actively engaged in my spiritual growth and development through studying, practicing and integrating spiritual values and principles over the past 24 years. I received my certification as an Australian Bush Flower Essence Practitioner in December 2011. I am empowered in seeing, hearing, and feeling animal spirits (those that have past and archetypal).
My metaphysical interests and lifestyle incorporates alternative ways of healing. For two years, I was a distributor for the Amazon Herb Company (Jupiter, FL). The enhanced lifeforce of these amazing herbs have been beneficial in the maintenance of an existing health condition. I was a distributor for the Young Living Essential Oils for a year. My daily practice consists of energy medicine meridian strengthening techniques, chi gong, along with a sanskrit mantra meditation practice. I have a whole foods lifestyle. My focus is on maintaining a positive, balanced way of living. My lifestyle is tied into my philosophy of living from a mind/body/spirit perspective - being connected to the world around me and maintaining this connection through insight, contemplation, active participation and play.
